i want to do homemade gyoza but dont know what to put in it.. what do you like in your gyoza?
i like pork and beef, the most common way is pork and hakusai (napa) cabbage. you can add onions and garlic to taste. gotta steam, fry and steam the dumplings for the real texture but its worth it. sauce is simple just soy sauce and rice vingar, i like to add chili oil to everything
